The Scenic Private Access Fund team (“SPA Fund team”) is delighted to announce its recent acquisition of a position in shares of ClassDojo, a global community of more than 50 million teachers and families who come together to share kids’ most important learning moments, in school and at home—through photos, videos, messages.

The SPA Fund team believes that ClassDojo is well positioned to transition into a publicly traded company within the next 24-36 months with an attractive return profile. The SPA Fund team is pleased to add this exposure to the “consumer” industry segment vertical of the portfolio, which demonstrates the ability to add positions in quality, high-growth businesses that are primed for exit in the near term at attractive entry valuations.
